How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 10–15 business days. Please allow 2–4 weeks in total. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How are the products powered?
Most products are rechargeable or run via USB, so you can use a power bank, laptop or a standard USB wall adapter. Each product page says how it is powered.
Is EMS pulse massage safe?
Our pulse massagers use gentle low-level pulses for relaxation. Do not use them if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have a medical condition – ask your doctor first. Our products are for relaxation and wellness, not medical treatment.
Can I return my order?

Do you ship outside the US?

Order by November 20 for the best chance of delivery before December 24.
